We’re looking for a UX Designer who thrives in complexity. At Prospect, you’ll transform dense workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems clearly before solving them. You should enjoy user interviews, wireframing, prototyping, and refining interactions until they feel effortless.
What you’ll do:
Conduct user research and usability testing
Translate insights into wireframes and prototypes
Improve flows across dashboards and tools
Simplify complex systems and data interactions
Maintain usability standards across the platform
Advocate for clarity in every decision
