The Role — Senior / Lead Developer - Wild Vibe Coder

We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Developer to take ownership of our product development.

This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build, clean, structure, and scale role.

Our product was vibecoded — fast, creative, experimental.
Now we need someone who can bring order, performance, and architecture without killing the speed.

You’ll be the person who connects:

• design ↔ development

• vibe ↔ structure

• prototype ↔ production

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of product development (frontend + backend)

• Clean and improve existing codebase

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure

• Build and manage staging & fork environments

• Enable rapid prototyping with design team (vibe coding workflow)

• Handle deployments, optimisation, and performance tuning

• Lead technical decisions aligned with company vision

• Set up systems for continuous updates and feature rollout

Tech & Skills

You should be strong and confident in:

• React (high level)

• PostgreSQL

• API integrations

• Supabase

• Self-hosting & infrastructure setup

• Git (advanced workflows)

• Claude / AI-assisted coding

• General system architecture thinking
