Designer Head

We’re looking for a Head of Design to define and elevate our visual and product direction. You’ll set the bar for craft, clarity, and cohesion across every touchpoint.

You’ll work across product, marketing, and leadership to ensure design isn’t decoration - it’s strategy. You should care deeply about systems, scalability, and building a team that produces thoughtful, durable work.

• Define and own company-wide design vision

• Lead and mentor product and brand designers

• Establish and evolve design systems

• Maintain high craft standards across teams

• Partner with leadership on long-term product direction
