CRM & Automation Manager (Senior)

We’re looking for a CRM & Automation Manager who understands the full customer lifecycle - from acquisition to qualification, conversion, and retention. As part of Checkgrow, you’ll build and optimize AI-driven CRM systems that connect marketing, sales, and customer success into one seamless growth engine.

You’ll work closely with performance marketers, developers, and sales teams to design scalable automation frameworks across multiple client accounts. You should love building structured pipelines, refining qualification logic, integrating tools, and turning fragmented processes into clear, measurable systems.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage GoHighLevel CRM systems (pipelines, workflows, automations)

• Create automated lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion flows

• Structure CRM data for clarity, scalability, and performance tracking

• Integrate tools such as Meta, Google, WhatsApp, Calendly, Zapier, Make, n8n, and email platforms

• Optimize funnels across marketing and sales touchpoints

• Troubleshoot automation logic and integration issues

• Support multiple client accounts with structured CRM infrastructure

• Build dashboards and reporting systems (Google Sheets automation is a plus)

• Push for clarity, efficiency, and measurable impact
